The Great Valley boys pulled out another victory last night advancing them to the quarterfinals to be played against Chester on Saturday. The 64 to 61 victory was hard fought, but the Patriots played well throughout the entire game.
Great Valley vs Wilson Varsity Basketball 2013
The Patriots crawled their way past the Bulldogs yesterday at Plymouth/Whitemarsh High School. The first half of the game was plagued with snail’s pace action but Great Valley lit a fire at the beginning of the third quarter. Great Valley gets spooked
Last night the Patriots were spooked by the Galloping Ghosts from Abington. Playing without Mikal Bridges due to a medical issue the boys from Great Valley fought hard and pressed the visitors through the game. Final Score 53-47.
Great Valley vs Lower Merion at Temple University
Great Valley yielded to the superior play of Lower Merion last night at the Liacouras Center last night in Temple University. The Patriots fought hard to keep their dreams alive but in the end the Aces were just too much. Final score 61-35.
Great Valley defeats Methacton, Varsity Basketball
In yet another thrilling victory the Patriots stole the thunder from the Warriors. Final score 41-38. The Patriots changed up their usual calm, cool and collected approach and brought the fight to the Warriors on several occasions. Congratulations to coach Nolan and the team as they move on to the semifinals to be played on Tuesday February 26 at Temple University.
