The Great Valley boys pulled out another victory last night advancing them to the quarterfinals to be played against Chester on Saturday. The 64 to 61 victory was hard fought, but the Patriots played well throughout the entire game.
Great Valley gets spooked
Last night the Patriots were spooked by the Galloping Ghosts from Abington. Playing without Mikal Bridges due to a medical issue the boys from Great Valley fought hard and pressed the visitors through the game. Final Score 53-47.
Great Valley Varsity Basketball vs C. B. South
The Great Valley Patriots toppled the C. B. South Titans in the second round of playoff last night. The Patriots pulled an early lead 14-2 but the Titans chipped away through the game to finish the fourth period tied at 48. Overtime brought the win to Great Valley and they advance onto the next roud. Final score 60-57.
Great Valley vs Penn Wood High School Basketball
The Great Valley Patriots maintained their undefeated status against the visiting Patriots from Penn Wood. The game moved at lightning speed as Penn Wood applied pressure continually. Calm heads and cool temperaments from Great Valley calmed the frantic pace and stayed in control for a 66 to 51 victory.
